On December 5, 2005 William K. Kriekard was appointed Kalamazoo County Public Administrator by Michigan Attorney General Michael A. Cox and Michigan Public Administration Robert Ianni.
As Kalamazoo County Public Administrator, Attorney Kriekard serves as Personal Representative to administer Decedent’s Estates for various reasons including situations when an Estate is not commenced by a family member or other interested party; when the beneficiaries of an Estate do not reside in the United States; or when Decedents leave no known heirs.
